Executive Director, Prospect Management and Analytics

Penn State University

Brent serves as Executive Director of Prospect Management and Analytics in Penn State’s Division of Development and Alumni Relations. He leads a team eighteen professionals working to provide best-in-class service to support the needs of the University Development program. Brent provides strategic leadership in leveraging team member talents, data, and systems to create efficiency within the Prospect Management and Analytics Office and greater development enterprise at Penn State. He is a graduate of the Advancement Leadership Lab, a national program with colleagues from nine of the premier public higher education advancement programs in the US and Canada.

Brent is a graduate of Penn State’s Smeal College of Business and has completed advanced coursework in pursuit of a Master’s degree in Data Analytics with a Business Analytics option, through Penn State’s World Campus. Brent has more that nineteen years of experience in the field of Research, Prospect Management, and Data Analytics in the fundraising field.
