Prior to TCH, he was Manager of Relationship Management Systems at the University of Houston and previously worked in research and analytics roles for Penn State University and Old Dominion University. Omar is experienced in prospect and portfolio analytics, development metrics, dashboard trends, market research and other data mining efforts specific to philanthropy services.
