Jaime is a philanthropy and advancement services executive with wide expertise in national and enterprise-scale advancement services, donor management, full-cycle program creation and management, non-profit fundraising, relationship management, process optimization, and cost controls. An exceptional expertise in prospect management and research, she is a goal-focused problem solver who identifies bottlenecks and drives efficiency and performance. Jaime has a deep knowledge of the fundraising cycle and prospect management technologies. Currently Director of Prospect Development and Stewardship with World Vision- US. Former Senior Director and Director for national and regionally prominent charitable and educational institutions, such as the Children’s National Foundation and Howard University Foundation. She also served as Director of Training and Prospect Research for Wealth Engine, the largest U.S. donor screening company. Jaime holds postgraduate training in organizational behavior, professional development, and fundraising, and graduated with a BA in Economics from Howard University.
