Richard Kepple has been director of advancement research at Carnegie Mellon University since 2011. He has worked in the development field for more than 30 years as a prospect researcher and grant writer. He holds an M.A. and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
Dhruv Sogani is the co-founder of AlmaConnect and leads their Sales & Operations teams. AlmaConnect has been working with institutions of higher education, K-12 schools and not for profits since for a decade globally. Dhruv has previously run successful startups in the SaaS domain. His first venture, Innovese, was acquired by a German media conglomerate Berterlsmann. This process was also featured as a chapter in a book on entrepreneurship called Arise Awake. He has also run initiatives like MoFa (Medical Oxygen for all) during Covid that raised over $ million USD to help the needy across India.
