Apra Insights offers a unique opportunity to dive into key findings from the 2024 Apra Salary Survey Report and learn how to use the data to advocate for your own compensation, benefits and career. Join us for a discussion with panelists Sarah Daly and Lauren Woodring who helped shape the this year’s survey, along with Apra Board President Rodger Devine who will moderate. Together, they will provide an overview of the 2024 Salary Survey findings as well as trend comparisons from prior years, including a section on work modalities and insights into the current professional compensation landscape.

Rodger brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise information technology, business intelligence, organizational development, and cross-functional leadership. As a senior member of the Pomona College Advancement team, Rodger provides strategic leadership for development infrastructure, leads annual giving strategy, and utilizes data and analytics to drive fundraising success. Rodger presents at conferences, designs workshops, and volunteers in various leadership roles and mentorship capacities with non-profit organizations such as the Apra, AASP, and CASE, among others. Rodger looks forward to connecting with other lifelong learners and building diverse and inclusive communities of professional development, expertise, and knowledge sharing across higher education and beyond. Rodger completed his graduate studies in information science at the University of Michigan School of Information, where he was a member of the Michigan Data Sciences team and co-founder of the Student Organization for Data Analytics. Rodger completed his doctoral research in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California with a focus on technological change, workforce development, and organizational learning.

Lauren Woodring
Associate Director, High Net Worth
Yale University
Lauren Woodring is the Associate Director, High Net Worth at Yale University. She most recently was at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, where she had been the Director of Prospect Research and Management. She started her prospect development career at the Kimmel Center for Performing Arts (now Ensemble Arts Philly) before moving to the museum. Lauren is a member of the board of directors for Apra International. She has also served in leadership positions with Apra Pennsylvania and AASP. Lauren is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College, and has a MA in History from LaSalle University, and a M.Litt in Museum and Gallery Studies from St. Andrews University in the United Kingdom. Lauren lives in Philadelphia and New Haven with her partner and their cat, Mona.
