Apra Chapter Strategies That Worked

2025 was a banner year for Illinois’s Apra chapter (Apra-IL), with new high-water marks set for number of events hosted and total event attendance, annual revenue and net profit, and attendance and revenue for our signature in-person conference. With a successful year in the books and the calendar flipping to 2026, it’s time for Illinois to “share the knowledge” gleaned from our full year of trying out new ideas.

Join Apra-IL President Martha Ortinau Rowe and Apra-IL Vice President Andrew Gutierrez as they detail impactful strategies from throughout their successful chapter year, including harnessing data from their WildApricot system to develop a member engagement metric, introducing a new monthly digital newsletter, and implementing a new job postings program and online webinar library.
