K Shelton (they/them) is the Director of Analytics & Business Intelligence at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where they are responsible for the quality and usability of alumni data across all systems and scenarios. K previously worked on UChicago’s central Alumni Engagement & Annual Giving Team as Senior Assistant Director of Global Engagement & Affinity Programs, then as Associate Director of Data Strategy & Analysis, before joining Chicago Booth in November of 2021. K has a background in customer service, fine art, and psychology. When they are not toiling with data, you can find K engaging in a variety of creative activities such as landscaping, painting/drawing, and home decorating.

Meena Das (she/her/hers) is a nonprofit analytics consultant with her own practice, NamasteData. She focuses on designing equitable research tools and analyzing people engagement. Meena appreciates spending her time outside work as a mentor to immigrants and as pro bono research advisor to small shops. Her three recent favorite projects are talking about IDEA-led data and research through her LinkedIn-based newsletter “data uncollected”, publishing her first kindle e-book "Some Data Posts" - a collection of essays on intersection of inclusive research and personal identity, and building a virtual school for advancing equity through data, “Data Is For Everyone”.
