We will share our experiences in launching our first ever individual fundraiser Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within UNICEF USA's three institutional fundraising teams (Corporate, Foundations, and Civil Society Organizations). We'll dive into how we identified meaningful metrics, intentionally engaged stakeholders, and created a culture shift towards performance transparency. You will hear about our wins, challenges, and lessons learned, and we will showcase examples of the actual metrics and dashboards.
Learning Objectives:
- Attendees can identify the characteristics of meaningful KPIs and best practices for data visualization, especially in relation to institutional fundraising KPIs.
- Attendees are familiar with approaches and tools they can use to successfully lead and guide culture change.
