Dr. Rodger Devine (Moderator)

Pomona College

Rodger brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise information technology, business intelligence, organizational development, and cross-functional leadership. As a senior member of the Pomona College Advancement team, Rodger provides strategic leadership for development infrastructure, leads annual giving strategy, and utilizes data and analytics to drive fundraising success. Rodger presents at conferences, designs workshops, and volunteers in various leadership roles and mentorship capacities with non-profit organizations such as the Apra, AASP, and CASE, among others. Rodger looks forward to connecting with other lifelong learners and building diverse and inclusive communities of professional development, expertise, and knowledge sharing across higher education and beyond. Rodger completed his graduate studies in information science at the University of Michigan School of Information, where he was a member of the Michigan Data Sciences team and co-founder of the Student Organization for Data Analytics. Rodger completed his doctoral research in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California with a focus on technological change, workforce development, and organizational learning. 

Lauren Woodring

Director of Prospect Research and Management

The Philadelphia Museum of Art

Lauren Woodring is the Director of Prospect Research and Management at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. She started her prospect development career at the Kimmel Center for Performing Arts (now Ensemble Arts Philly) before moving to the museum. Lauren is an incoming member of the board of directors for Apra International.  She has served in leadership positions with Apra Pennsylvania and AASP.  Lauren lives in Philadelphia with her partner and their cat.
